Information collected
When you request free ads or contact me, I may collect your name, email address, product and store information, monthly advertising-spend range, your message, referral and campaign information, consent records and submission timestamps.
Why the information is used
- To review your request and create and deliver the ads you asked for.
- To communicate about that request and possible next steps.
- To send occasional marketing emails about new ad ideas, trends in your niche and Aliko Media’s services when you request the free ads.
- To measure website and advertising performance.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam or abuse.
Legal grounds
Request handling is based on taking steps at your request and Aliko Media’s legitimate interest in operating and securing the service. Requesting the free ads includes consent to receive occasional marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time, and withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out. Cookie choices can be changed at any time.
Service providers and transfers
Data may be processed by service providers used to operate the website and communications, including Vercel, Resend and Cal.com. Google and Meta receive measurement data according to the regional cookie rules described below. Some providers may process data outside the EU or EEA using the safeguards offered by those providers.
Retention
Lead information is retained only for as long as it is needed to handle the request, maintain reasonable business records and resolve potential disputes. Marketing contact information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, unless a longer period is legally required.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data and object to certain processing. You may withdraw marketing consent or change cookie choices at any time. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
Cookies
